About the Role:
CARE 4 SOUL INC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team in Hebron, IN. This is a meaningful opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals who need support, companionship, and care. Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a safe living environment
- Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors
- Assist with medication reminders and follow care plans as directed
- Transport or accompany clients to appointments and errands as needed
Requirements:
- Previous caregiving, home health aide, or personal care experience preferred
- Genuine compassion, patience, and empathy for clients in need
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
